Media links

Understand the basics

Conferences can have a section called "Media links" which shows a list of media files and links that are associated to the conference. It displays in a specific page of the conference:

Related documents and images from the attachments section.
Media links from the media links section.

Manage media links

To access the media links configuration, click in the secondary navigation panel on the "Media links" item.

Create a new media link

To create a new media link, click the "New media link" button in the top right of the page.

Field	Type	Description
Title	Required	The title of the link.
Link	Required	URL of the link.
Date	Required	Publication date of the link.
Order position	Optional	Which order it has in relation to the other links. Having a lower number means a higher priority. For instance, if you have two links, "Link a" with weight "10" and "Link b" with weight "0" then "Link b" is first when ordering.
