Understand the basics

Assembly members allow showing all the participants that belong to a given assembly, whether individuals or groups. This is a feature specific to the assemblies space, made for improving transparency of the organization assemblies.

Configuración

Manage assembly members

To access the assembly members list, click in the secondary navigation panel on the "Members" item.

Create an assembly member

To create a new assembly member, click the "New assembly member" button in the top right of the page.

Campo	Tipo	Descripción
Tipo de participante	Requerido	Wether this assembly member already has an account on the instance or not.
Nombre completo	Requerido.	Field displayed if "non participant" was selected.
Avatar	Opcional.	Field displayed if "non participant" was selected.
Usuario o grupo	Requerido si es un participante existente.	Type at least three characters to search for the participant account.
Posición	Requerido	Elija a uno de los Presidentes, vicepresidente, secretario u otro. En caso de que sea otro, puede rellenar el título de la posición.
Posición del pedido	Opcional	Which order the members has in relation to the other members. Tener un número más bajo significa una prioridad mayor. For instance, if you have two members, "Member a" with weight "10" and "Member b" with weight "0" then "Member b" is first when ordering.
Fecha de diseño	Requerido	When this person or group was assigned as a member of this assembly. Expected format: dd/mm/yyyy.
Fecha de cierre	Opcional	When this person or group ceased to be a member of this assembly. Expected format: dd/mm/yyyy.
Sexo	Opcional	Con qué género se identifica más a esta persona.
Cumpleaños	Opcional	¿Cuándo nació esta persona? Expected format: dd/mm/yyyy.
Lugar de nacimiento	Opcional	¿Dónde nació esta persona?
