Understand the basics

The speakers are the persons that are talking at the conference. They can be linked to meetings, so participants can see who is going to speak in each item of the program.

Configuración

Manage speakers

To access the speakers configuration, click in the secondary navigation panel on the "Speakers" item.

You can search speakers thanks to the search bar.

Crear un nuevo altavoz

To create a new speaker, click the "New speaker" button in the top right of the page.

Campo	Tipo	Descripción
Tipo de participante	Requerido	Wether this speaker is a non-participant or existing participant. ¿Ya tienen una cuenta creada en la plataforma?
Nombre completo	Requerido si no es participante.	Nombre del orador.
Usuario o grupo	Requerido si es un participante existente.	Escriba al menos tres caracteres para buscar.
Reuniones relacionadas	Opcional	The meetings in which the speaker is speaking or facilitating.
Posición	Requerido	Metadatos para mostrar información adicional sobre el altavoz.
Afiliación	Requerido	Metadatos para mostrar información adicional sobre el altavoz.
Bio corto	Opcional	Metadatos para mostrar información adicional sobre el altavoz.
X handle	Opcional	Metadatos para mostrar información adicional sobre el altavoz.
URL personal	Opcional	Metadatos para mostrar información adicional sobre el altavoz.
Avatar	Opcional	Avatar image for the speaker. Ignored if the speaker is an "Already registered" participant.
