Understand the basics
La función Moderaciones globales te permite moderar diferentes tipos de contenidos y asegurar que el diálogo en tu plataforma sea democrático y constructivo. It also allows managing participants who infringe the rules of the platform.

Por ejemplo, en el caso de Decidim Barcelona, el Términos de servicio dice:
No está permitido añadir ningún contenido ilegal o no autorizado al sitio, tal como información con las siguientes características:
sea falso o engañoso;
to infringe any law of the City Council or any third party, such as copyright, trademarks or other intellectual and industrial property rights or related rights;
attacking the privacy of a third party, such as publishing personal details of participants, such as name, address, phone number, email, photos or any other personal information;
conteniendo virus, troyanos, robots u otros programas que puedan dañar el sitio web o los sistemas del Ayuntamiento. o el sitio web o sistema de cualquier tercero, o que pretenden evitar las medidas técnicas diseñadas para el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma;
para enviar spam a los usuarios o sobrecargar el sistema;
que tiene el carácter de la cadena de mensajes, juego de pyramidal o juego aleatorio;
para fines comerciales, tales como publicar ofertas de empleo o anuncios;
that it is not in keeping with public decency; consequently, content must not incite hatred, discriminate, threaten, provoke, have no sexual, violent, coarse or offensive meaning or character;

Configuración
To access the Global moderations panel, go in the administration panel and click in the "Global moderations" item in the administrator navigation bar.
The Global moderations panel allows to manage Reported content as well as Reported participants.
