Understand the basics

Os administradores podem convidar participantes para participar da conferência. They can invite existing participants, with an account on the platform, as well as people without account. Inviting a participant sends an email to the account email address, encouraging the participant to register for the conference.

Configuração

Manage invites

To access the invites configuration, click in the secondary navigation panel on the "Invites" item.

You can filter the invites and search by invitee name or email.

Send an invite

To invite a participant, click the "Invite participant" button in the top right of the page.

Campo	tipo	Descrição:
Tipo de participante	Obrigatório	Whether or not this invited person already has an account.
Nome:	Required if the invitee is not already a participant.	Nome da pessoa convidada.
e-mail	Required if the invitee is not already a participant.	E-mail da pessoa convidada.
Usuário	Necessário se for um participante existente.	Type at least three characters to search for a participant account.
Tipo de registro	Obrigatório	The registration type this invitation covers.
