Minha conta

Understand the basics

This feature allows participants to manage their account information, notifications preferences, authorizations, see their groups, etc. This account page is only accessible to the participant, and some account information (such as the "About" field) is displayed in the participant public profile.

How to find it?

As a signed in participant, you can access your account configuration from two places:

  1. Click in your avatar in the header, and then click in the "My account" menu item

  2. Click in the "Configuration" link in the footer, in the "My account" section

Configuração

There, you’ll find different sections, allowing you to set different settings for your participant account.

You might not see the Authorizations and the Groups settings sections if you didn’t enable them.

conta

In this section, participants can modify the information displayed in their public profile, modify their email address or the language they want to use by default.

Seu e-mail

O e-mail do participante, onde eles receberão notificações, recuperação de senha, etc. If it’s changed it needs to be confirmed again.

URL pessoal

Metadados que são exibidos no perfil do participante.

SOBRE

Opcional

Information about the participant displayed in the participant’s profile.

Localidade

Obrigatório

Language you want to use to browse and receive notifications in Decidim.

Participants can also change their password on this page, by clicking the "Change password" link. They need to choose a new password and enter their current password to be able to change it.

Notifications settings

In this section participants can choose which kind of notifications they want to receive and how often they want to receive them.

As opções disponíveis são:

  • Quero receber notificações sobre

    • Minha própria atividade, como quando alguém comenta minha proposta ou me menciona

    • Tudo o que eu sigo

  • How often do you want to receive the notifications email?

    • None, Real time, Daily, or Weekly

  • Notícias

    • Quero receber boletins informativos

  • Receber mensagens diretas de qualquer pessoa

    • Permita que qualquer pessoa me envie uma mensagem direta, mesmo que eu não a sigo

  • Administradores

    • I want to receive an email every time something or someone is reported for moderation.

    • I want to receive email reminders of closed meetings unpublished reports

  • Push notifications

    • Get push notifications to find out what is going on when you are not on the platform. You can turn them off anytime.

Autorizações

In this section participants are able to review their Authorizations and see some metadata, like when it was granted or the status of the authorization.

Authorizations

Para qualquer autorização fornecida, você pode ver as seguintes informações:

  • Se não terminar, quando o processo de autorização começou

  • Se ele terminou e foi concedido, a data em que foi concedido

  • Se a autorização fornecer algum metadado, como o escopo da autorização

In this section participants can see which groups they belong to.

Meus interesses

Nesta seção, os participantes podem escolher quais interesses devem receber mais informações.

By default what they see here is a list of all the Scopes of the organization. Those selections can be used by administrators when segmenting for the Newsletters.

In this section participants can request a file with all the data that they’ve provided in the platform.

Para solicitar os dados:

  1. Clique em "Solicitar dados"

  2. Aguarde alguns minutos para que os arquivos sejam gerados. Depende em quantas propostas, comentários, etc. você fez

  3. Vá para sua conta de e-mail e encontre o e-mail recebido

  4. Clique em "Download"

  5. Abrir com suporte a um software zip

  6. Digite a senha que recebeu no e-mail

  7. Descompacte ou extraia o conteúdo

Meus dados

Para abrir o arquivo zip, o software que você usa precisa suportar criptografia com o algoritmo AES-256. Dependendo do seu sistema operacional você tem várias alternativas.

  • Windows: 7-Zip

  • Mac: Keka

  • GNU/Linux: Rolagem de Arquivos (disponível através do seu gerenciador de pacotes) ou PeaZip

Excluir minha conta

In this section participants are able to delete their own accounts. Once it’s done, they are unable to access the system anymore. Essa ação é irreversível. All the contributions on the platform become anonymous.

Excluir meu formulário de conta

Para excluir esta conta:

  1. Optionally, you can provide a reason for the deletion

  2. Clique em "Excluir minha conta"

  3. Clique em "Sim, quero excluir minha conta"

Exclusão de conta

After the account has been deleted, the contributions (such as comments, proposals, etc) are still visible but all the authorship information is anonymised, and transferred to a "Deleted participant" author.
