Understand the basics

Projects are parts of budgets.

Configuração

Create a project

To access the creation and management of projects, click the title of the budget or the Manage projects icon icon on the budgets list.

Then, click the "New project" button on the top right of the page.

Campo	tipo	Descrição:
Título	Obrigatório	O título para este projeto.
Descrição:	Obrigatório	Uma descrição do que é este projeto.
Valor do orçamento	Obrigatório	What’s the budget amount for this project. How much money does it cost to implement this project?
Endereço	Opcional	The address of the project. It allows to display a pin on a map for participants to locate the project.
categoria	Opcional	What Category is assigned to the project. Usado para filtragem na lista de orçamentos.
Propostas	Opcional	Escolha propostas relacionadas para este projeto. Automatically assigned when importing proposals.
Adiciona uma galeria de imagens	Opcional	Add multiple images illustrating what this project is about, mock-ups, etc.

Gerenciar projetos

On the projects list in the administration panel, administrators can see:

ID: Identification number for this project.
Title: Title of the project.
Category: Category of the project.
Scope: Scope of the project, if enabled in the participatory space.
Votes count: Number of votes on this project.
Selected: If the project is selected for implementation at the end of the process.
Map: Location of the project when it has an address.

You can filter and sort this list by clicking the "Filter" button and the columns headers. You can also search for projects by their ID and title in the search bar.

Importar propostas para os projetos

Dependendo do normativo, você poderia querer ter uma primeira fase na qual os participantes fizessem propostas, e essas propostas são selecionadas (por votação ou revisão técnica), então você pode importar essas propostas e convertê-las em projetos.

Para que isso funcione:

As configurações a seguir no componente das propostas precisam ser ativadas:
1. Resposta de proposta ativada
2. Ativar custos na resposta da proposta
A valuator or administrator needs to answer proposals:
1. Rever as propostas
2. Aceitar ou rejeitá-los de acordo com sua normativa
3. Adicionar custos às propostas, se forem aceitos
Um administrador pode importar propostas para projetos

Permite exportar os projetos para este orçamento em diferentes formatos.
