Understand the basics

Conferences can have a section called "Media links" which shows a list of media files and links that are associated to the conference. It displays in a specific page of the conference:

Related documents and images from the attachments section.
Media links from the media links section.

How to find it?

To access the media links configuration, click in the secondary navigation panel on the "Media links" item.

Neuen Medienlink erstellen

To create a new media link, click the "New media link" button in the top right of the page.

Feld	Typ	Beschreibung
Titel	Benötigt	The title of the link.
Link	Benötigt	URL of the link.
Datum	Benötigt	Publication date of the link.
Bestellposition	Optional	Which order it has in relation to the other links. Eine niedrigere Zahl bedeutet eine höhere Priorität. For instance, if you have two links, "Link a" with weight "10" and "Link b" with weight "0" then "Link b" is first when ordering.
